What’s more fun than throwing caution to the wind and being unabashedly honest about a personal like! In my case, it would be champagne…not Prosecco or Cava, but the real thing. Imbibing that bubbly doesn’t have to be saved for a “special occasion” — it makes any occasion special.

While there are many fine champagne houses, there’s one in particular that has done an exceptional job of marketing their name, Veuve Clicquot. They’ve also picked a color for their brand that on its own would be reason enough for me to buy it — and throwing caution to the wind again, painting the Parterre Bench that exceptional shade of marigold orange.  And what a pop it makes in the garden!

Styling the Bench with its namesake’s color products made for a hoot of a photo shoot (I knew there was a reason I’d been saving all those boxes…and the unopened Salmanazar).

You know when something just makes you happy every time you look at it? That would be the Clicquot Bench for me, as I affectionately refer to it. Now to head into the holidays and really enjoy some bubbly…
