With all the bunnies hopping, flowers blooming and spring fever popping, everyone is in a most celebratory mood; especially since Easter gives us an excuse to put on our party shoes after a long winter. How could I not share some of the best-of-the-best in creative ideas and hints of inspiration that I’ve gathered over the years. And truly, nothing gives me more pleasure than creating flower arrangements of any and all sizes.
Therefore, I wanted each room to convey the true sense of hospitality, which for me begins with flowers. Starting with the entry hall, to set the tone…

to the table, the centerpiece of the celebration of this special season
And I can’t forget the first Easter after I started my website in 2014…a centerpiece of long panels that I tie into an immense bow, all in shades of purple. Smaller panels of satin ribbon embellish the back of each chair.
A small cake turned out to be even more fanciful than I could have imagined.
The oval luncheon table last Easter had my favorite Robin’s egg blue silk floor length cloth, topped with an Indian- printed over cloth in predominate shades of green and blue.
The centerpiece in the French wire basket includes all my favorite flowers – ranunculus, roses, alstroemeria, hyacinth, astrantia, hydrangeas, anemones, to name a few.
